Echoes of Light

The first rays struck. Long shadows of the Sycamore tree projected throughout the ancient sandstone building with pastel-colored windows in Arles, France. Built in the 6th century BC by the Greeks, the city is located in the south of France.
It’s golden, glowing beam of light attracts many painters like Vincent van Gogh and Paul Gauguin in the 1880s. There are many areas in the city where the famous painter set his easel. As life sprouted in the midst of a cold winter day, a dance of light, color, environment, architecture, culture, and people began to intertwine into one harmonical landscape.
